The Dental Technologists Registration Board of Nigeria wishes to invite, for pre-qualification, the services and expertise of reputable companies/firms for the execution of her 2023 Capital projects.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1. Procurement of Dental Laboratory Equipment
2. Purchase of Office Equipment;
3. Procurement of furniture and fittings for office use;
REQUIREMENTS
1. Full company profile with details of Management officials
2. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
3. Evidence of VAT registration
4. Evidence of Tax registration (TIN) with FIRS
5. 3 years Tax Clearance (TCC, 2020, 2021 and 2022)
6. PENCOM compliance certificate
7. Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
8. Evidence of Similar contracts with completion certificates
9. Evidence of financial capacity to execute the contract(s)
