In accordance with the due process requirements of the Kano State Government of Nigeria under the leadership of the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Ministry for Local Government in collaboration with 44 local government council hereby invites interested, qualified and reputable contractors/company with relevant experience for the procurement of the following

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
a. Evidence of Incorporation or Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b. Registration with the state work registration board in relevant categories
c. Company’s Audited Account for 3 years
d. Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years
e. VAT Registration Certificate
f. Evidence of Banking Support
g. Experience, Technical Capabilities Of Key Personnel
h. Records of previous Projects Execution.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submissions must be made within one (1) week from the day of publication as late submission will not be considered. The documents are to be delivered to the Office Director Planning Research and Statistic (PRS) of the Ministry for Local Government, Kano State. Respondents are to take note that this advert should not be considered as a commitment on the part of the Local Government nor shall it entitle any contractor to any claim whatsoever and or seek any form of indemnity from the Ministry for Local Government by virtue of such contractor having responded this publication.
