Background:
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. With a mission to ensure children by choice not chance, MSI Nigeria envisions a world where every birth is wanted. Through collaborations with government at the national, state, and community levels, MSI Nigeria offers accessible and comprehensive reproduction healthcare services using operational approaches, such as Marie Stopes Medical Centres, community outreach teams, public sector strengthening support, and a toll-free contact centre.
Description of Requirements:
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices, a global leader in reproductive health services, invites qualified and experienced vendors to express their interest in becoming registered suppliers. We are committed to partnering with reputable and competent vendors to ensure high-quality goods and services that align with our mission to empower individuals and communities.
This call for Interest (CFI) is open to vendors operating in various categories who can provide innovative, cost-effective, and efficient solutions to meet our operational needs. Existing vendors in the MSI Nigeria database are also advised to participate in this exercise.
Qualified vendors are encouraged to apply under one or more of the following categories:

Potential Vendors must provide:
Company Profile, Catalogues Corporate Capability (copies of certificate of Incorporation, CAC Form CO2 and CO7 or Status Report, Memorandum of Association, Evidence of tax clearance for 2021-2023, Evidence of Previous Jobs Executed should be submitted to: MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices Nigeria, Plot 59 Anthony Enahoro Street, off Okonjo-Iweala Road, Utako District, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria. All documentation should not exceed twenty pages.
Evaluation Process:
Applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
Compliance with eligibility requirements, demonstrated experience and capacity in the selected category/categories, alignment with MSI Nigeria’s ethical and sustainability policies, shortlisted vendor will be contacted for further engagement, which would include presentations, interviews, or site visits.
