REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF PAYROLL SERVICES, AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTING SERVICES

Management Sciences for Health, Nigeria, is seeking to engage the services of a Payroll Services Company and an Immigration Consulting Firm. Therefore, the purpose of this REoI is to invite duly qualified firms who have the capacity to support MSH’s needs to indicate their interest in participating in a solicitation process to provide these services to MSH. Qualified firms will be contacted and issued an RFP, and the successful firm will be considered on a retainer basis for a specified period.
SCOPE OF WORK
CATEGORY A-PAYROLL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
MSH aims to identify and engage a qualified firm to provide payroll services for MSH staff in Nigeria. The selected firm will provide end-to-end payroll management services for MSH Nigeria and ensure MSH is compliant at all times with local laws (including tax, labour, and social security regulations, etc.), adherence to MSH organizational policies, and facilitate the resolution of payroll related issues that may arise.
CATEGORY B-IMMIGRATION CONSULTING SERVICES (Travel, Visa, Work Permit etc.)
MSH aims to identify and engage a qualified firm to provide Immigration Consulting services for MSH staff in Nigeria. the selected firm will provide robust visa and immigration consulting services, and ensure MSH always complies with local laws, and MSH organizational policies. MSH anticipates that visa processing and immigration consulting services will be required intermittently to facilitate work permits, visas, and travel of MSH staff to and from Nigeria and across MSH’s global operations.
Management Sciences for Health hereby invites companies to indicate their interest in providing the above-mentioned services
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- A profile of your organization detailing:
- Description of the organization, date of establishment, number of employees, organogram, etc.
- Company registration documentation, including CAC incorporation certificates/business licenses. i.e. forms CAC1, CAC2 and CAC7
- Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 and 2023).
- Contact information, including physical office address, telephone numbers, contact person, email address, company website, social media handles, etc.
- A cover letter listing their relevant institutional clients and experience in terms of similar assignments executed/under execution in the last five (5) years.
- A list of all services offered.
- Current contact information for at least 3 past customer references.
- Valid Tax registration and tax clearance certificate 2021-2023.

Please note that the firm deadline for submission of all indicated documents is 21st January 2025 at 12:00PM (Nigeria Time), late submission will not be accepted.
