EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1. INTRODUCTION
The Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) is a faith-based non-governmental humanitarian organization with over 50 years of experience providing life-saving assistance to needy people. JDPC Maiduguri operates in Northern Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe State in water, sanitation, hygiene, Agriculture, livelihood, savings and internal lending community, Nutrition, Social cohesion, and peace building.
JDPC Maiduguri invites reputable contractors/firms/companies with proven records of accomplishment to express interest in the following under-listed projects.
2. SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLIES/SERVICES

| LOT-1 | Punching and casing of high-yield boreholes-Strictly for reputable borehole drilling companies |
| LOT-2 | Erection of 6-meter steel sanchion with 2X 5000 liters plastic tanks, reticulations, fencing and construction of fetching points |
| LOT-3 | Supply and installation of Solar pump, lightning, panels, cables and electrical switch |
| LOT-4 | Supply of rain-fed farming Seeds-Strictly for seed-producing companies with certifications from the Nigerian Seeds Council |
| LOT-5 | Supply of Agricultural tools and Input |
| LOT-6 | Office supplies and Equipment |
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents:
i. Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including a certified true copy of forms CAC7 and CAC2 or CAC1.1;
ii. Copy of the Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2021, 2022 & 2023) valid till 31st December, 2024; with a minimum average annual turnover of ₦20 Million.
iii. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate.
iv. Evidence of Registration with COREN and NSE (for lot one only)
v. Evidence of Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) certificate
vi. Documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs successfully executed/ongoing within the last two (2) years including Letters of Award, Valuation/Job completion certificate, etc.

All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company’s/Firm’s Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM NO.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
ix. The EoI Reference Number: (EoI/JDPC-MAID-BMZ-17-02-2025-004) *MUST* be the subject of the e-mail.
4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are requested to email Procurement@jdpcmaiduguri.org requesting the tender documents for the expression of interest on or before 11:59 pm on Tuesday, 26/02/2025
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
All bids shall be submitted to Procurement@jdpcmaiduguri.org on or before 11:59 pm on Thursday, 28/02/2025
JDPC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time before the contract or award of Purchase/Job Order of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier(s) or any obligation to inform the affected supplier(s) of the ground for the JDPC.
