INVITATION TO TENDER

The Delta State Ministry of Health, Asaba wishes to invite competent and reputable contractors to tender for:

i. COMPLETION OF THE ABANDONED 100-BED MATERNAL & CHILDCARE CENTRE (MCC), EKPAN,
UVWIE L.G.A.

BID QUOTATION:
Blank Bills for the tender/bid quotation are to be collected from the Director, Planning Research & Statistics, Ministry of Health, Asaba, Delta State.

REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION AND TENDERING:
a. Tenders’ fee (mandatory);
b. Company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (mandatory);
c. Corporate Affairs Commission “Particulars of Directors” or “Partners” as applicable;
d. Professional and technical qualification to carry out particular procurement
e. Financial capability;
f. Equipment and other relevant infrastructure to execute particular procurement;
g. Obtain an ‘affidavit of non-conflict of interest and truth of statements’ from the Delta State High Court as provided under Section 17 (6) (g) of the Delta State Public Procurement Law, 2016;
h. Registration with Contractors Registration Board (mandatory)
i. Tax clearance certificate for the past three (3) years (mandatory);
j. Certified Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years
k. Evidence of verifiable contact/business address, evidence of utilities bills payment;
l. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed in last five (5) years;
m. Evidence of DSIR (mandatory)
n. PENCOM registration

NOTE:
1. The Ministry is not constrained to engage the lowest bidder for the job.
2. Submission and collection of tender documents do not guarantee award of the contract;
3. Opening of tenders holds on Thursday the 3rd of July, 2025 in the Ministry of Health’s Meeting Room. Bidders and Civil Society Organizations are however invited to attend the tenders opening on the stipulated date.
4. Interested bidders are to visit the Delta State Public Procurement Commission (DSPPC) website on https://eprocurement.deltappc.dl.gov.ng/login for the mandatory e-procurement processes of these tenders.

CLOSING:
All intending bidders are expected to submit their tender documents in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Chairman, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Health, Ground Floor, Cluster E, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Mariam Babangida Way, Off Okpanam Road, Asaba. Submission of tenders closes on or before 4pm on Wednesday the 2nd of July, 2025.
