The UNITED STATES EMBASSY IN ABUJA, has a requirement for the provision and installation of a CCTV system at the Aspen Residential Compound.
We invite you to attend a site visit and submit a proposal. The schedule for the site visit is as follows:
- Date: Wednesday, July 9, 2025
- Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Venue: PLOT 3103, MURTALA MOHAMMED EXPRESSWAY
To attend the site visit and ensure access to the compound:
- Please respond with the name of your representative by close of business on Friday, July 4, 2025.
- Representatives must present a valid government-issued ID and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
To ensure your proposal is valid, please adhere to the following quote submission guidelines:
- Technical Proposal: This must include:

- Your methodology for fulfilling the requirements,
- A performance schedule, specifications/materials, samples/pictures/complete drawings,
- Your performance history with valid contact information for past and current customers from the last three years.
- Additionally,
i. Include your CAC certification (if applicable),
ii. Confirm your NDAA & DEI compliance status by completing the attached NDAA-DEI form,
iii. Provide your UEI and proof of active registration in Sam.gov - Offers must remain valid for a minimum of 45 days from the submission deadline.
- Expected completion timeframe: All work must be completed within 60 days of contract award
- Price Proposal:
- Provide a unique price for each line item in your quote (DO NOT provide a lump sum price quote)
- All responses and quotes to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be sent as a direct reply to this email, using the same subject line (PR15307918), and should also copy AbujaProcurement@state.gov
Submission Deadline:
- The deadline for offer submission is July 14, 2025.
Please note: the Embassy may not contact those with unsuccessful offers.
Evaluation:
The evaluation factors will include price, technical acceptability, delivery schedule, compliance with offer submission guidelines provided in 1 through 3 above, and past performance.
Award will be made to the contractor that provides the best value to the Government.
