INVITATION TO BID

The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (herein after referred to as the (IRC)) is a nonprofit humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement and advocacy services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC has been operating in Nigeria since October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRC’s emergency response team with local partner CISCOPE (civil society coalition for poverty eradication), implement a project to support the livelihoods and improve WASH in Kogi State from February to May 2013. This was followed by a three-month nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Zamfara, Katsina and Plateau State.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to secure competitive bids to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with competent and reputable vendors for identification of a consultant/or companies for the mid-term evaluation of the SIDA Project in Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and Nigeria.
