This is a formal invitation for quotations for the construction of 28 latrines and 5 solid waste disposal dumpsites in Magumeri and Kaga to JDPI MAIDUGURI Head Office, under the GFFO II funded Project.

Note: All quotations must be submitted on or before 16:00 pm on 25th August 2025. The quotation received after the deadline will not be considered.

> Confirmation that work can be completed within two (2) weeks from receipt of this Job Order
> Provide your company profile and related documents (CAC Registration documents, Valid ID Card, Evidence of tax clearance, SCUML Certificate, Evidence of similar work, COREN Certificate.
> Price Validity: Note that the unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of 3 months.
> Kindly attach comprehensive company profile alongside quotation.
