INVITATION TO TENDER
Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board, Damaturu & Universal Basic Education Commission Abuja, UBEC Intervention Fund Projects 1st -4th Quarter 2025 is embarking on SUBEB/UBEC intervention funds projects spread across the 17 LGEAs of the state. The projects are divided into following categories.
CATEGORY I
LOT 1: CONSTRUCTION OF WALL FENCING AND BARB WIRING
LOT 2: CONSTRUCTION OF 2 CLASS ROOMS, OFFICE AND STORE
LOT 3: CONSTRUCTION OF 4 HOLES VIP TOILETS
LOT 4: CONSTRUCTION OF 6 CLASSROOMS STOREY BUILDING
LOT 5: CONSTRUCTION OF 2 ROOMS, TOILET, KITCHEN AND STORE
LOT 6: CONSTRUCTION OF LEARNING SHADE (NFE Centres)
CATEGORY II
LOT 7: RENOVATION OF 2 AND 3 NOS. CLASSROOMS
LOT 8: RENOVATION OF WALL FENCING WITH CONCERTINA WIRE
CATEGORY III
LOT 9: PROCUREMENT OF 2 SEATER PUPIL’S FURNITURE
LOT 10: PROCUREMENT OF ECCDE FURNITURE
LOT 11: PROCUREMENT OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
CATEGORY IV
LOT 12: DRILLING OF MOTORIZED SOLAR BOREHOLES
ELIGIBILITY AND CRITERIA FOR TENDERING
a. Evidence of incorporation or business name registration with cooperate affairs..
b. Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years
c. Tax Clearance for three (3) years
d. Evidence of financial capability and banking support
e. Experience /technical qualification
f. Similar projects executed in the past
g. Equipment and technology capacity
h. Annual turnover
i. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances
j. Evidence of payment of PAYE and other withholding TAXES due to the state
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested contractors who wish to tender are advised to pay prescribed tenders fee at the bank and collect their tender documents upon the presentation of evidence of payment from 10:00am daily
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
All tenders to be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked at the top of the right hand corner indicating type of the project tendered, clearly addressed to the Executive Chairman of the Board
CLOSING DATE OF TENDER DOCUMENT
The sale of tender documents will commence immediately from the day of publication and it will close after 6 weeks (42 days)
Any bid submitted after the above date and time will not be accepted
N.B: Only successful contractors will be contacted after opening of the tenders
