RFP: BASELINE EVALUATION FOR EU SUPPORT TO SOCIAL SAFETY NET (SOSAN) PROJECT IN KEBBI STATE
OXFAM seeks the services of a Consultant for Baseline Evaluation for EU Support to Social Safety Net (SOSAN) Project in Kebbi State. The purpose of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive baseline study to establish baseline values for selected SOSAN Project indicators, validate assumptions, and provide evidence to guide project implementation, monitoring, accountability, and learning.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 12th March 2026 at 11:59 pm (WAT) upon conditions in the Terms of Reference and Evaluation Criteria.
