INVITATION TO TENDER
In line with the Oyo State Government’s Public Procurement Guidelines and with the directive from the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, the Oyo East Local Government in Kosobo, Oyo, is inviting reputable and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the following project:
CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION AND EQUIPPING OF LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY TEACHING HOSPITAL (LAUTECH), OYO ANNEX.
TENDER REQUIREMENTS
Contractors who are interested in this opportunity must provide the following documents:
i. Certificate of incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Proof of registration with Oyo East Local Government, Kosobo, Oyo.
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificates for the past three 3 years.
iv. Evidence of having completed similar projects (Please attached letters of award and completion).
v. Company profile detailing key personnel and equipment.
vi. Proof of Financial Capability along with a bank reference letter.
vii. Payment of receipt for a non-refundable tender fees of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000.00) only.
COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Tender documents can be collected from the office of the Director of Works, Land and Housing, Oyo East Local Government, Kosobo, Oyo, upon showing proof of payment of the required fees.
Completed tender document should be sealed and clearly labeled.
Tender for the Construction, Renovation and Equipping of Ladoke Akionla University of Technology Teaching Hospital (LAUTECH), Oyo Annex and addressed to:
The Executive Chairman,
Oyo East Local Government Kosobo, Oyo State.
All submission must be delivered to the office of the Executive Chairman within two (2) weeks of the receipt of this publication, please.
TENDER OPENING
All tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of all Bidders or Bidders representatives at 12:00 noon of a stipulated date.
The council reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids is not obligated to choose the lowest tender.
