U.S. EMBASSY ABUJA- REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR SLIDEDRIVER II & AC POWER SUPPLY

The U.S. Embassy Abuja requests quotations for the supply and delivery of the following items:

• Delivery Locations: North Brunswick, NJ 08902, USA
• Vendors must state estimated delivery time, whether items are in stock or backordered, and any applicable shipping conditions.

3. Payment Terms

• Net 30 (payment within 30 days of receipt and acceptance).

4. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, delivery schedule, past performance, and price in determining the most advantageous offer to the Government.

5. Quotation Submission Requirements

For your quotation to be considered responsive, please note the following requirements:

1. All responses to this solicitation must be by email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov, referencing the RFQ#: PR15862704
2. Include your performance/delivery schedule, complete specifications, and samples, pictures, or detailed drawings (where applicable).
3. Complete and return the attached NDAA and Executive Order 14173 compliance certification form (if you have not already submitted it this year). If this representation is already available on gov, you may provide your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) instead.
4. If offering an alternative product or solution, clearly state this in bold within your offer.
5. Indicate delivery terms, including lead time and whether any items will be backordered.
6. Submit your offer no later than March 30, 2026.
7. Please note that, as a diplomatic mission, the U.S. Embassy Abuja is tax exempt.
