INVITATION TO TENDER
1. Oyo West Local Government, Ojongbodu, Oyo, Oyo State hereby invites reputable contractors to tender for the Construction of Drums, Culverts, Earthworks and Asphaltic Pavement of Ladindin- Isheke- Ojongbodu with 3m×3m Double Cell Reinforced Concrete Cross Culvert and Ladigbolu Crescent in Oyo West Local Government (Length= 1.589km).
2. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
I. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Oyo West Local Government as a Contractor.
ii. Evidence of payment of tax for the last (3) years with TIN
iii. Evidence of previous Experience on similar job executed.
iv. Verifiable evidence of financial capacity of the company to undertake such projects i.e performance bond from a reputable financial institution. ( Commercial )
3. The submission of the tender is opened on Thursday, 2nd, April, 2022 and closes on Wednesday, 8th, April, 2026.
4. The tender must be in (5) five copies endorsed in a sealed envelope and should be submitted between 8am and 4pm daily within the stipulated time to the Confidential Registry of the Local Government Secretariat
5. Only the Successful Candidate will be communicated.
