INVITATION TO TENDER
Delta State Ministry of Housing wishes to invite suitably qualified companies to tender for:
i. Renovation and Furnishing of the Quarters of the Delta State Resident Electoral Commissioner.
ii. Reconstruction of Petroleum Training Institute (P.T.I) fence (P.T.I) junction to first gate of P.T.I School, Osubi Campus, Okpe Local Government.
2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Director of Planning, Research & Statistics
3. Tenders, must be accompanied with the following
(i) Tender’s (fee Mandatory)
(ii) Evidence of Registration with Delta State Government;
(iii) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(iv) Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
(v) Verifiable contract address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc
(vi) Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
(vii) Evidence of Financial capability
(viii) Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed; in the last (5) years
(ix) Evidence of DSIR Card.
(ix) Affidavit of non-conflict of interest and truth of Statement’s from the Delta State High Court
(x) Evidence of Equipment and relevant infrastructure to execute particular procurement.
4. Tenders are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Housing, Asaba for guidance.
5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantity should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Housing, Asaba.
6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope
7. The Ministry is not constrained to engage the lowest bidder for the job.
8. Bidding closes Monday, 27th April 2026, and tenders will be opened at 12noon Tuesday, 28th April 2026, in the presence of Bidders procurement officer and invited civil society organizations at the Ministry of Housing Meeting Room, Cluster A, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
