PRODUCTION OF IEC MATERIALS FOR THE PRE-EMPTIVE DELIVERY OF ORS AND ZINC TO CHILDREN U5 IN BAUCHI STATE (CONTROL ARM)
SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is pleased to invite interested and capable vendors to submit quotations for the production of backpacks, hijabs, flyers, and posters for Home-Delivery of ORS and Zinc in 20 LGAs in Bauchi state.
Please note that CHAI does not pay VAT. However, withholding tax at the applicable rate will be deducted in compliance with tax laws.
You are advised to bid for only one LOT. Bidding for the two LOTs will result in disqualification.

If interested, submissions can be made electronically as attachments to CHAI Nigeria Procurement (CHAI-Procurement-NG@clintonhealthaccess.org) with the Bid Reference of their preferred LOT above in the subject by 17.00 Hours WAT (5:00 pm) on 22nd April, 2026.
Should your submission exceed 2Mb and cannot be sent by email, please send an email to request an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link for Bid Reference of their preferred LOT above to chai-procurement-ng@clintonhealthaccess.org. Requests for upload links must be made at the latest by 2:00 PM WAT on 20th April, 2026. Submission links other than links provided by CHAI will not be accessed.
