TENDER NOTICE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the Public Procurement Re-Enactment Law no 4, 2020 Of Ekiti State, Ise-Orun Local Government Council is in the process of executing its Capital Projects, in view of the forgoing background, suitable interested qualified and reputable companies/contractor are hereby invited to submit tender for its Invitation to Tender Notice in respect of the following projects:
1) The construction of 135m×750mm×750mm Internal Dimensioned Concrete to Concrete Line Drainage at Owonikoko Ologbonyo, Orun-Ekiti.
2) 500m Grading of Township Road, across Ward 1 to 10, Orun and Ise-Ekiti.
3) Construction of Concrete-to-Concrete 500m×750mm×750mm Internal Dimensioned line drainage, across Ward 1 to 10, Ise and Orun Ekiti.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Companies/Contractors are requested to submit the listed documents which will be used as the criteria for technical evaluation of all bids:
i. Evidence of registration of the Company with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of registration of the Company with Ise Orun Local Government
iii. Evidence of registration of the Company with the Bureau of Local Content
iv. Evidence of the Company’s 3 years Tax Clearance immediately preceding this year
v. Evidence of the Company’s Financial Capability to handle the project or letter of Assurance from the Company’s banker.
vi. Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company/Contractor, to be accompanied by the letter of Award of Contract, photographs and valuation and completion certificate in respect of same.
vii. Evidence of Knowledge or training on the field of the proposed job.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Company shall collect tender form/ document from the Procurement Office of Ise-Orun Local Government at the Council Secretariat, upon the payment of N125,000.00 non-refundable tender fee for Project “1&2”, while N250,000.00 non-refundable tender fee for project “3” into Ise Orun Local Government IGR Wema Bank Account Number 0122692938 from the hours of 10.00am to 3.00pm daily excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed technical and financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed brown envelop clearly showing the Description of the Project, and Name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman, Ise-Orun Local Government Council and any bid submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
CLOSING DATE
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12.00 noon, Wednesday 20th May 2026.
OPENING OF BID AND VENUE
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Contractors shall be publicly opened by 12.00pm on Thursday 21st May 2026 at Ise-Orun Local Government Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the public are all invited to witness the opening of the bids.
