INVITATION FOR BIDS
In furtherance of its development efforts to deliver sustainable community development projects in AGBONU-OGULAGHA-IBE HOST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST in Burutu Local Government Areas, the HCDT is inviting bids from registered contractors only for the under listed projects.
1.2025 PROJECT
A) Interested bidders can contact AGBONU-OGULAGHA-IBE HOST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST via email agbonuogulaghaibehcdt@yahoo.com on or before November 6th 2025
B) All prospective bidders are expected to provide the following information
– Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
– 3 Years, valid Tax Clearance Certificates and VAT Registration Certificate (current)
– Gas Industry Services Permit (OGSIP)
– Bidder’s name, address and contact information, qualifications, sub-contractors’ qualifications and relevant experience (including similar work in the past)
– Detailed schedule, budget, and execution strategy, including the role of subcontractors
– Qualification of subcontractors where applicable.
– Proof of non-indebtedness
Where relevant, the bidder’s plan to encourage local subcontractors, train community members, provides apprenticeship etc.
C) All bids evaluated based on Technical and Commercial Presentation which includes the following
a. Technical Capability of prospective bidder
b. Reputation of bidder
c. Knowledge of locality
d. Proof of previous job performance
e. Proposed completion schedule and major milestones
f. Local content
g. Insurance cover (Work Man Compensation)
h. Staffing
i. References
j. Financial capability of prospective bidder
k. Cost
l. Bank guaranty
D) Bidding commences on 7th November, 2025 and closes on 28th November, 2025. All Bids must be dropped off in the bid box at the HCDT secretariat Joseph Timlyan Close, Plot 735 DDPA Housing Estate, Opp St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Airport Road, Effurun-warri, Delta State on or before 1.30pm. 28th November, 2025. Bids will be opened immediately on 28th November, 2025 by 2.00pm in the presence of Bidders Representatives,
E) All bids must be sealed, clearly marked at the top right corner of the envelope” AIOHCDT Invitation of Bids and Bid Reference No” as contained in this Bid Announcement.
