INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing Agro-climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape (ACReSAL). The Project is implemented in the State by the State Project Management Unit (SPMU). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments for the supply of heavy machineries to reclaim degraded land in Taraba State. The Project is Specifically designed to build peoples resilience in the adaptation of climate change in Taraba State.
The Taraba State ACReSAL Project Management Unit, hereby invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Swamp buggy and Lowbed Truck as contained in the table here under.

Bidders shall bid for all two (2) heavy machines as further defined in the bidding document.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/6c0602876d68949e80820507d90a14ed-0290012023/original/Procurement-Regulations-Febrauary-2023.pdf. (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. A detailed requirement and Specifications are enclosed in the bidding document.

Bids must be sealed and bear the specific identification of this bidding process and should be delivered to the address below on or before 25th March 2025. Electronic Bidding WILL NOT be entertained and Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 25th March 2025 by 12:15PM.
