REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PROJECT TITLE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTRE PROJECT

Alp Professional Services Limited (“ALP PSL”) on behalf of its client, is inviting qualified and interested parties to submit their qualification for pre-qualification to participate in the subsequent proposal process for the following project:

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project involves the design and construction of a modern customer experience Centre in the federal capital territory (FCT), the selected contractor will be responsible for the entire process, from conceptual design to final construction, ensuring the Centre meets contemporary standards for functionality, accessibility, and sustainability. The goal is to create a dedicated space designed to provide customers with a personalized and immersive interaction with the client’s products, services, and overall offerings.

2. PRE-QUALIFICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
November 11, 2024, at 5:00 pm all pre-qualification submissions must be received by the specified deadline, late submissions will, regrettably, not be considered.

3. PRE-QUALIFICATION SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Interested parties must submit their pre-qualification documents via email with the title “RFQ for customer experience Centre project” to the following address; clientprocurement@alp.psl.company

4. REQUIRED PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
a. Copy of certificate of incorporation issued by the corporate affairs commission
b. Current tax clearance certificate
c. Evidence of current pension compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2024
d. Evidence of current industrial training fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2024
e. Evidence of current Nigerian social insurance trust fund compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2024
f. Company’s audited financial statements for the last three (3) years- (2021,2022,2023)
g. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project, such as, a reference letter from a reputable commercial bank or other reputable financial institution indicating willingness to provide funding support for the execution of the project, if required
h. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firm’s letterhead bearing, among other things, the registration number (RC) as issued by the corporate affairs commission (CAC), contact address, telephone number, and email address telephone number, and email address. The covering/forwarding letter letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the company/firm.
i. Evidence of registration on the national database of federal contractors, consultants and service providers by submission of interim registration report (IRR) expiring 31st December 2024 or valid certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement.

5. EVALUATION OF CRITERIA FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
a. Relevant experience
b. Technical expertise
c. Financial ability
Only those parties who successfully pass the pre-qualification phase will be inviated to submit detailed proposals (REP).
Proposal submission instructions:
Qualified parties will be provided with detailed instructions and requirements for the proposal submission after the pre-qualification phase is complete.
