INVITATION FOR TENDER
The Bebeji Local Government Council of Kano State in compliance with Public Procurement Act 2007 wishes to invite reputable and competent contractors to submit tender for renovation and construction at various towns under Bebeji local government under Public Procurement Act 2007.
THE SCOPES OF THE WORK ARE:
1. Construction of culvers at Gwarmai
2. Construction and reinforced concrete drainage from Rijiyar Kankare to Gidan Alh. Murtala at Gwarmai
3. Construction and reinforced concrete drainage at Express road, Gwarmai
4. Construction of Ranka Road Express way, 2Km
5. Construction of Durmawa – Dunbubu Road 5Km
6. Reconstruction of road from Rahma – Inkir via Usman Skidow road 1.4km
7. Renovation of Juma’at mosque at Tashar kofa
8. Renovation of Juma’at mosque at Baguda
9. Renovation of Juma’at mosque at Atumbu
10. Renovation of Juma’at mosque at Malamana
11. Renovation of Juma’at mosque at Kuki Town
12. Construction of Graveyard fencing at K/Gabas Bebeji
13. Construction of fencing wall at Bebeji Graveyard
14. Construction of Graveyard fencing at Kofa
15. Graveyard fencing at Durmawa
16. Graveyard fencing at K/Gabas Bebeji
17. Construction of classroom blocks at various places
18. Construction of feeder road from Bebeji Baguda – Dakasalle 17.5km
BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Reliable list of similar work executed (award letter and certificate of completion (photocopy)
iii. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2020, 2021, 2022)
iv. Evidence of VAT registration/VAT remittance
v. Technical capability of the company
vi. Audited financial statement of account for the last three years (2020, 2021, 2022)
vii. Sworn Affidavit
• That the company does not have any director who has been convicted in any country for any criminal offences
• That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency of bankruptcy proceedings
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
The tender document will be available for collection upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 only
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Tender submitted after the deadline of the submission will be returned un-open
• Bebeji Local Government will not be liable for improper submission or unregistered tenders
• No bidder should go for more than two lot
• Only the pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened
• The Bebeji Local Government is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annual the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007
