REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR 2021 PROJECTS
The Management of BEDC Electricity Plc (BEDC) hereby invites eligible Vendors to submit Expression of Interest for Pre-Qualification on the following projects.

| 2 | Supplyof33/11kV(15MVA & 75MVA)PowerTransformers; |
| 3 | Supply various materials (33kV Transformer & Feeder Control Panel, Battery Banks, Battery Chargers); |
| 4 | Supply of 33kV Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breakers and 11 kV Switch Gear Panel Board; |
| 5 | Supply of Reinforced Concrete Poles; |
| 6 | Supply of 33/11 kV and LV Cables, and Aluminum Conductor of various sizes, LT ABC Cables and accessories; |
| 7 | Repair of 33/11 kV 75 MVA Power Transformers; |
| 8 | Rehabilitation of 33kV and 11 kV Distribution Substations; |
| 9 | Supply of materials and provision of labour for the Construction of various new 33kV & 11 kV Feeders; |
| 10 | Supply of materials and provision of labour for Network Upgrade and Rehabilitation of 33kV & 11 kV Feeders; |
| 11 | Supply of materials and provision of labour for the Construction of 33KV Outdoor bays (complete bay including all associated equipment and civil work; |
| 12 | Distribution Substations Fencing; |
| 13 | Deployment of Mini SCADA Solutions on Energy and Distribution Management Solution; |
| 14 | Supply of Smart Meters (CT-VT HT; CT11 KV); |
| 15 | Deployment of Commercial Management System (AMI, AMR, EMS), |
| 16 | Supply of Vehicles. |
REQUIREMENT FOR ELIGIBILITY
Vendors shall include the following information and evidence in their submission of EOI:
(i) Company Certificate of incorporation;
(ii) Current Tax Clearance;
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate;
(iv) Evidence of Similar Job done in the past with verifiable evidence;
( v) Comprehensive company profile with convincing proof of competence to undertake the job;
(vi) Evidence of technical, financial, operational, and managerial capabilities;
(vii) Qualification and experience of key site management and technical personnel proposed for the project;
(viii) NEMSA Registration Certificate where applicable. Any other related document that will place the company on a comparative advantage
Firms that cannot meet the following qualification requirements are not encouraged to apply:
(a) The necessary professional and technical qualifications to execute the project;
(b) The necessary financial capability to execute the project.
( c) The necessary equipment and other relevant infrastructure required to execute the project;
( d) The adequate personnel to perform the obligations in the contract required to execute the project;
( e) Having the legal capacity to enter the contract with BEDC;
( f) Are not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings;
( g) Do not have any director who has been convicted in any country for any criminal offense relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.

(1) Only shortlisted qualified applicants who have substantially met the above requirements for eligibility will be invited to participate in the Competitive Tender Process.
(2) Those Qualified Applicants invited based on 1 above will be requested to pick up the Bid Documents and submit “Bid” with relevant instructions in the Bid Document.
(3) The Expression of Interest or submission of application in response to this advertisement does not place any obligation on BEDC to consider any Applicant for Contract award
