INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1. PREAMBLE
The Borno State Government is desirous of purchasing 50Nos of 72 Seater Toyota Buses models for Borno Express Transport Corporation.
Competent Contractors are hereby invited to submit an expression of interest documents upon payment of appropriate fees.
2. SCOPE OF SUPPLIES
50 units of 72 Seater Buses 2019 models for Borno Express Transport Corporation.
3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To be qualified for Tender, the following documents should be submitted:
(a) Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission including Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7.
(b) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
(c) Bank Reference Letter
(d) Evidence of Compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund Law.
(e) Stamp Duties Payment Certificate
(f) Evidence of Certificate Registration from PENCOM in accordance with the Pension Reform Act, 2014 including evidence of remittance of Employee’s Pension Contribution/Deduction
(g) Evidence of Compliance with Section 6(1:3) of Industrial Training Contribution of liable Organisation.
(h) Sworn Affidavit of Compliance with Public Procurement Law 2019.
(i) Company’s Audited Account for the last three years.
(j) Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION
All Enquiries regarding the advertisement should be directed to the Director, Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Transportation, Maiduguri, between 10:00 am to 04:00 pm Monday.
5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submissions for purchase should be in duplicate copies in wax-sealed Envelopes and marked with the Project for number at the top left-hand corner and marked EXPRESSION OF INTEREST which should be delivered by hand or Courier Services to the Address stated above not later than 12:noon 14 July 2020.
