INVITATION FOR VENDOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN), is a Non-Governmental Organization that provides health solutions through health facilities and community-based organizations in Nigeria. With offices in Abuja, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Edo & Lagos state. CCCRN hereby invites interested and credible companies/firms with verifiable track record of performance for pre-qualification for the following lots:

Prequalification Requirements
a. Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission registration (CAC), documentation e.g. Certificate of Incorporation, Form C07, Form C02, Memorandum/Article of Association
b. Evidence of TIN and photocopy of Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Company’s profile with verifiable address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and organization administrative structure where applicable
d. Evidence of past performance- Reference letters from 5 international/Local non-governmental organization or Embassies, reference letter from reputable organization / Establishment
e. Reference letter from bank
f. Submission should be clearly state the geographical area(s) to be pre-qualified for supply of goods and services
g. All financial transactions must be naira
h. Intending vendors applying for more than one lot MUST submit each slot separately.
All prequalification document listed above shall be bound together as a single document and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “APPLICATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION” with the LOT number specified and addressed to the Procurement Department, CCCRN and submitted to our office below latest by 7th June 2025.
Akwa Ibom Office: Plot 58, G Unit, Ewet Housing Estate Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Bayelsa Office: Right wing, 3rd floor of Block C of the Transparency Plaza, along Oxbow Lake road. Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Cross River Office: 20 Ebri Eteng Close, Off Cytaro Hotel, State Housing Estate, Calabar, Cross River State.
Edo Office: No. 6 Oghosa Crescent, off Ihama Road GRA, Benin City, Edo State.
