The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low and middle-income countries. CHAI Nigeria has since 2007 collaborated with the Federal Government of Nigeria to expand access to HIV/AIDS care and Treatment for people living with HIV (PLHIV). This collaboration till date has expanded to programs such as Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, Syphilis, Vaccines, Cancer, support for the affordable Medicines Facility for Malaria (AMFm), Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention, Routine Immunization, the scale-up of Zinc/ORS, Family Planning, Pneumonia, Health Financing and Sexual and Reproductive Health.

We use a business-minded approach to shape healthcare markets to reduce the costs of lifesaving medication, diagnostics, vaccines and other health products in low and middle-income countries. CHAI’s programs have helped millions of adult and children access lifesaving medicines, vaccines and care to treat diseases that would otherwise be fatal or debilitating.

Clinton Health Access Initiative registered in Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commission hereby seeks an expression of interest from interested and eligible companies to provide various services for the Abuja country office and its states offices in Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Rivers, Gombe and Yobe. Successful vendors who meets the prequalification requirements will be registered on CHAI’s vendor list to provide goods and services to the organization as at when required through a closed bidding process. SELECTION CRITERIA:
Please read this carefully and be sure that all the requested information is included I your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information could result to the rejection of proposal.

Proposal should be comprehensive and highlight how the bidding company intends to meet up with our requirements as stated above, in addition to clearly stating service costs and/or rates of commission, proposals should include the following:
Vendors requirement for pre-qualification:
• Company profile including names and contact details of key personnel
• Evidence of valid registration with Corporate Affairs Commission with the copy of memorandum and article of association and copy of forms CAC2 and CAC7
• Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years, tax identification number (TIN) for existing companies (TCC not required for newly incorporated companies)
• Evidence of corporate office, phone number and e-mail address
• Evidence of network across nigeria and branches with physical address for each location
• Verification list of previous/similar projects/work carried out in the recent past with reference contact details
• Evidence of financial capability and banker’s support letters (particularly for training management and payment vendor services)
• List of technical personnel and their qualification
• Evidence of financial standing and Audit report for recent 3years, notarized by a chartered accountant (not required for newly incorporated companies)
• Explain clearly other services your company specializes in and your reach across Nigeria.

All existing vendors should consider this EOI as a revalidation exercise and must participate in this process.
The EOI closes on the 10th August 2024 (two week from the date of publication)

As part of the pre-qualification process. Clinton Health Access Initiative Nigeria may visit the location to assess their capacity as stated in their proposal. Clinton Health Access Initiative Nigeria is not under any obligation to register any vendor and only successful vendors will be contacted. The call for expression of interest does not amount to a commitment on the part of Clinton Health Access Initiative Nigeria reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the [proposals without any obligation to inform the affected applicants of the basis for the acceptance or rejection.
