REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR PURCHASE OF USED CAR
1. The Consulate General of India, Lagos invites proposals in a sealed Cover, for purchase of its used car make: Tata Safari, 2009 Model, Black, Manual Transmission, Diesel, Mileage – 126290kms on as is where is basis.
2. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicle at the Consulate General of India, Lagos at 8A Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos from October 28 to November 01, 2024 between 1000 hrs and 1500hrs on Mondays to Fridays.
3. The bid in sealed envelope, with the caption “Bid for purchase of Car” and specifying the offer in Nigerian Naira and the address & Contact details of the bidder may be submitted to the Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, 8A Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island Lagos, (tel: +234808913304) latest by 1500hrs on Monday, November 04th 2024.
4. The bids would be opened on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 15hrs in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may like to attend the proceedings at the Consulate premises. Successful bidders is require to deposit 25% of the bid immediately in cash/cheque and the balance to be deposited before final delivery of the vehicle. All expenses on transfer of ownership shall be borne by the bidder only.
