NAME OF PROJECT: EBONYI STATE BETTER EDUCATION SERVICE DELIVERY FOR ALL
A. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE
The Ebonyi State Government through the Universal Basic Education intends to carry out the procurement of contractors for the provision of 150Nos of 1 to 6 lots Solar Powdered Boreholes for Out of School Children in Ebonyi State. The Boreholes will be constructed in two phases which includes:
(A) Phase 1:- Seismic Survey (Site Physical Inspections visit and Geophysical Survey)
(B) Phase 2:- Construction of 150Nos Boreholes will be located in 3 senatorial zones and divided into 6 lots 1 (25 boreholes per lot).
In compliance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations July 2016 through the Ebonyi State Universal Basic Education, the Ebonyi State BESDA now invites interested, eligible and competent contractors with the minimum qualifying criteria below to bid for the assignment:
(a) General Experience of firm in the field of specialty
(b) Have specific experience with Geophysical Surveying.
(c) Ability to secure Advance Payment Guarantee from a reputable bank
(d) Be fluent in English and shall be skilled in report writing.
(e) Registered as a firm with CAC
