EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR PARTICIPATION IN LIMITED COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES FOR FHI360 NIGERIA
A. INTRODUCTION
FHI 360, a global non-profit organization committed to improving lives by delivering locally driven solutions to health, education, nutrition and humanitarian sectors in Nigeria. In Nigeria, FHI 360 has taken a strategic, multifaceted approach to addressing critical public health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, while also responding to emerging crises like COVID-19 and supporting, nutrition, education and humanitarian initiatives in conflict-affected regions.
FHI360 Nigeria is therefore seeking to prequalify interested companies/firms/organizations that meet the below prequalification requirements (Section B). Successful applicants shall have the opportunity to participate in our subsequent limited competitive procurement method.

C. Prequalification Requirement
Please read this section carefully and be sure that all requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information. The submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of proposal.
The minimum eligibility criteria to participate in the pre-qualification process shall be as under-listed and should be submitted in a sealed envelope. This must be submitted in this manner:
i. Detailed Company Profile with registered addresses, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization.
ii. Evidence of company statutory registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, including form CAC7 & CAC2 and any other business registration documents.
iii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years
iv. Viable list of clients, including International Non-Governmental Organizations and other reputable organization equal in scope and Government agencies.
v. Evidence of possession of experience in the line of field/category you are seeking prequalification. The evidence should include copies of completed Job Orders and Proof of Deliveries (Delivery Notes or Job Completion Notification/certificate)
vi. Evidence of Financial Capability (Latest Audited Accounts).
vii. Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to FHI360 Prequalification Committee
viii. Evidence of Registration with Professional bodies, Regulatory Bodies, Manufacturers and/or Certificate of Authorized
ix. Any other relevant supporting document that could aid your application.
D. Evaluation Criteria:
Stage one: Conformity to the requirement – Submissions must have all documents listed in Section B above. Evaluators will not make inferences and assumptions for incomplete information or documents.
Stage two: Review of the evidence of experience(s) to ensure it matches the category of service applied for. Successful debarment search using UN, OFAC and SAM Searches
Stage Three: Successful physical verification and Reference Check.
E. Guidance on Submission:
Applicants are requested to submit the prequalification requirement document as guided in the schedule below:
Electronic copies of all listed documents along with application for various categories should be submitted via the email CORProcurement@fhi360.org using the Prequalification number as the subject Line e.g. FHI360-NIG-2025-001 as the subject line for submissions for REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES on or before 6th June 2025
Clarification Guidance
Interested applicants that require clarification should submit their questions and query(ies) to quotations.Nigeria@ng.fhi360.org not later than 5.30pm on Tuesday 27th May 2025.

Issuance of this EOI in no way constitutes a commitment by FHI 360 to any Applicant.
FHI 360 reserves the right to vary any part of this EOI at the time of award if it becomes necessary.
FHI 360 is Value added Tax (VAT) exempted, but carryout Withholding Tax (WTH) deduction on commercial transactions in compliance with relevant Nigerian laws.
