EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Pro-Poor Growth and Employment Promotion in Nigeria Programme”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure twelve (12) industrial sewing machines (220V/ 300-500W) with the following minimum specifications:
2 No. Flat bed for production of shoe upper, Single needle, lockstitch, wheel feed, needle feed and driven roller presser, small horizontal hook, needle size 80-100 Nm, foldable edge guide, on table (adjustable height) with clutch motor;
2 No. Flat bed for production of shoe upper, Single needle, lockstitch, bottom feed, needle feed and alternating feed (unison feed), large horizontal hook, needle size 80-120 Nm, foldable edge guide, on table (adjustable height) with clutch motor;
2 No. Post bed for production of shoe upper, single needle, lockstitch, bottom feed and needle feed, large vertical hook, needle size 80-120 Nm, foldable edge guide, on table (adjustable height) with clutch motor;
2 No. Cylinder arm for production of shoe upper, Single needle, lockstitch, bottom feed, needle feed and alternating feed (unison feed), large horizontal hook, feed lift 6-8 mm, needle size 80-120 Nm, foldable edge guide, on table (adjustable height) with clutch motor;
2 No. Cylinder arm for production of shoe upper, Single needle lockstitch, bottom feed, needle feed and alternating feed (unison feed), small horizontal hook, feed lift 6-8 mm, needle size 80-100 Nm,foldable edge guide, on table (adjustable height) with clutch motor;
2 No. Cylinder arm heavy duty sole stitching, lockstitch, for waxed thread, nylon thread, large horizontal hook, max 9 mm stitch length, material thickness up to 18 mm, needle 160-220Nm, low speed 300-600 Stitch/min, Edge guide, on table (adjustable height) with clutch motor.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria CountryOffice with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
d. A bank introductory letter.
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 30,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2020
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of sewing equipment).
Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs/references.
