INSPECTION
These Vehicles and Generators may be inspected from Monday, 27th April 2026, to Friday 8th May 2026 (10:00 am to 3:00 pm) at the IRC offices stated below.
Lot 1: Plot 32, Cadastral Zone, off Bala Sokoto Street, Jabi Lakeside, Kado, Abuja. Nigeria
Lot 2: Gana-Ari PHC, Monguno, Borno State, Nigeria
BID SUBMISSION
Offers to purchase must be received by the IRC through an online dedicated email as shown below no later than Wednesday 13th May 2026, by 11:59 pm.

BID OPENING AND EVALUATION
Submitted offers will be opened and reviewed by the IRC on Thursday, 18th May 2026 at 10:00 am; only successful bidders will be contacted.
The subject of the mail must show the Lot being bid for. E.g. “Lot-1 (SUV Prado – Abuja)”. Note that any mail not carrying a specified subject will be rejected.
Acceptance of your Bid(s) and any other subsequent contract are subject to IRC Terms and Conditions.
