IOM UN MIGRATION
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) AND INVITATION TO BID (ITB) FOR LONG-TERM AGREEMENT (LTA)
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an Intergovernmental Humanitarian Organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of programs being implemented by IOM Nigeria, IOM now publishes Expression of Interest (EOI) from companies/service providers for the supply of different Goods and Services such as (but not limited to):
- Building & construction works, provision of internet services, supply and maintenance of IT equipment, office furniture, office stationery supplies, and telecommunication equipment.
- Services (Carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, ac repair etc, cargo transport, car hire services, printing services, vehicle maintenance and repair, etc.
And invitation to bid (ITB) for the following
- One year long term agreement for care & maintenance of water systems materials
- One year long term agreement for Non-food items (NFIs) and hygiene kits
- One year long term agreement for shelter materials and materials for operation
- One year long term agreement for transportation services (truck rental)
The REOI and ITB are open to potential vendors/service providers and shall contain information as detailed in the following link https://nigeria.iom.int/iom-nigeria-tenders
The Expression of interest and quotations for invitation to bid (ITB) shall be submitted in original copy and should be submitted at our office addresses below;
IOM SUB – OFFICE MAIDUGURI: 5 Gombole Road, GRA, Along Giwa Barrack Road, Maiduguri
The submissions should be received on or before: 21st June 2023, 1800hrs.
Based on the above information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of companies/service providers. Interested companies/service providers may seek for clarification by writing to the following: iommaiduguritenders@iom.int with subject as EOI 2023 ENQUIRIES on or before 14th June 2023, 1800hrs.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
