INVITATION TO TENDER
Iseyin Local Government invites interested, experienced, and reputable Contractors to tender for the contract detailed below:
- CONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF THE COLLEGE HEALTH CENTRE AT THE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE & RENEWABLE NATURAL RESOURCES, LAUTECH, ISEYIN CAMPUS.
Prospective Bidder(s) for the job must fulfill the conditions listed hereunder:
2. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
i. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Iseyin Local Government as a Contractor.
ii. Evidence of payment of Tax for the last Three (3) years with TIN.
iii. Evidence of Previous Experience on similar jobs executed
iv. Verifiable evidence of financial capability of the company to undertake such project i.e. performance bond from a reputable Financial Institution (Commercial Bank or Insurance Firm)
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender and Application Fees to the coffers of the Local Government.
vi. Any other relevant information that could assist in determining the firm’s suitability for the job.
3. Contract details and job specification of the project are available for inspection at the office of the Director of Works of the Local Government during office hours.
4. SUBMISSION/OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
All interested contractors should submit their bids within seven (7) days of this publication to the undersigned as late entry shall not be entertained nor considered.
