Reference to our advert in relation to the above invitation published on 2nd September 2025, in Blue Print and People’s Daily Newspapers, we wish to notify the general public that the scope of the project is as follows:

3	Supply of Hospital Equipment at Mayanka PHC in Gumel, Albasu PHC in Sule Tankarkar, Fulata PHC in Maigatari, Medu PHCin Gagarawa LGAs.
4	Supply of Hospital Equipment at Askandu PHC in Kaugama, Gatafa PHC in Auyo, Tuminjira/Kwazalewa PHCs in Kafin Hausa, Agumau PHC in Hadejia, Kuka Inkiwa PHC in Bimiwa, Dunari PHC in Malam Madori, Fandum PHC in Kiriksamma, Garbagal PHC in Guri LGAs.
5	Supply of Hospital Equipment at Nanumawa PHC in Roni, Rurau PHC in Gwiwa, Kafin Chroma PHC in Kazaure, Dawon Gawo PHC in Yankwashi LGAs.
6	General Renovation of Dutse General Hospital
7	Procurement of Free Delivery Packs (Mama Kits)
8	Procurement of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF).

NOTE: Interested bidders must have an average annual turnover of:
I. N150million for lot 1,4 and 7
II. N100million for lot 8
III. N75million for lot 2,3 and 5
IV. N500million for lot 6

All other components of the tender remain valid.
