Proposals are being requested from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to conduct a full feasibility study, develop a business plan, and create conceptual designs for the NRCS Shopping Mall Development Project in Calabar, Cross River state.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS) is a humanitarian organization that provides assistance to vulnerable people in Nigeria. The NRCS is seeking to enhance its financial sustainability by venturing into income-generating activities. One such activity is the development of a shopping mall in Calabar, Cross River State.
Project Background
The proposed NRCS Shopping Mall Development Project in Calabar is envisioned as a modern, multi-purpose shopping center that will cater to the needs of the growing urban population in Calabar. The shopping mall will be situated on a plot of land owned by the NRCS in a prime location with easy access to major roads and public transportation.
