TENDER NOTICE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with public procurement law 2016 of Kaduna State, Kubau Local Government Council is in the process of carrying out some procurement for the fourth quarter of 2025. In view of the foregoing background, suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies are hereby invited to Submit tender for its invitation to tender Notice in respect of the following projects:
TENDER NOTICE.
1. Mini bridge at Sobawa Zabi ward
2. Mini bridge at Danhauya Damau Ward
3. Box Culvert at Dorayi Damau ward
4. Box Culvert at Masama Damau ward
5. Supply of Solar Street light at Anchau
6.Drainage at Muriga Mah ward
7. Police outposts at Banki
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Companies are required to Submit the under listed documents which will be used as criteria for technical and/or financial evaluation of all bids:
i. Evidence of registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of the Company’s tax income clearance certificate of at least 2 years immediately proceeding this year.
iii. Evidence of Companies Financial Capability to handle these project with letter of assurance from Companies bankers
iv. Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company to be accompanied by letter of award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
v. Evidence of registration with Kaduna state relevant agency.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Company shall collect tender form/ document from the procurement office in Kubau Local Government Council Secretariat, upon payment of non refundable tender fees per Procurement from Wednesday 31st December, 2025 – Tuesday 6th January, 2026 from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed technical and/ or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description of the project,(procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman Kubau Local Government Council and any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
CLOSING DATE
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 6th January, 2026.
OPENING OF BID AND VENUE
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened by 11:00 am on Wednesday 7th, January, 2026 at Kubau Local Government Council Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
