INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF PHARMACEUTICALS AND MEDICAL CONSUMABLES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT(S)
1. Introduction
Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency has the mandate to Manufacture, select, quantify, source, store and distribute health supplies to end users through the health institutions in the State pursuant to the provisions of sections 12(4) and 12(5) of the Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency (KADHSMA) Law 2018 to strengthen healthcare delivery and sustain the Drug Revolving Fund (DRF). With funding support from the Gates Foundation, KADHSMA invites eligible, competent, and experienced local manufacturers and authorised distributors to participate in a competitive bidding process under a Framework Agreement for the.
2. Scope of Supply
• Lot 1: Pharmaceuticals
• Lot 2: Medical Consumables
3. Mandatory Requirements: Interested bidders must provide:
• CAC Incorporation documents
• Tax Clearance Certificate (2022–2024)
• Valid PENCOM & ITF Compliance Certificates
• KADPPA Contractor Registration
• Sworn Affidavit (as detailed in the bid document)
• Audited Accounts (2022–2024)
• Bank Reference Letter
• Evidence of similar jobs executed
• MoU for Joint Ventures
• Relevant professional certifications and licenses (Pharmacy Council of Nigeria)
4. Sustainability Compliance: In addition to the above, bidders must demonstrate compliance with the sustainability criteria outlined in the bidding document.
5. Bid Collection & Submission
• Bidding documents available from October 2nd to October 30th, 2025, at KADHSMA, No. 2 United Textile Road, Kakuri-Makera, Kaduna.
• Non-refundable fee: ₦50,000 (Zenith Bank, Acct No: 1015127133).
• Pre-bid conference: Oct 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
• Submission deadline: October 30th, 2025, by 12:00 noon.
• Tender fees payment and Bids must include a 2% Bid Security (Bank Guarantee or Certified Cheque).
6. Bid Opening Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline. Only prequalified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation.
7. Important Notes
• Submission must follow strict packaging guidelines.
• Late or improperly packaged bids will be disqualified.
• KADHSMA reserves the right to reject or annul bids without liability.
