PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR UPGRADED HEALTH FACILITIES IN KOGI STATE NIGERIA
INTRODUCTION:
The federal government of Nigeria, on behalf of Kogi state Government, has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payment for procurement and installation of Medical Equipment for 88 upgraded health facilities in Kogi State. The Kogi state government, through project implementation unit invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Procurement and Installation of Medical Equipment for 88 upgraded health facilities in the state by IMPACT Project.

BIDDING PROCEDURES:
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (Procurement Regulation) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation in addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from state project implementation unit (SPIU), through the project manager (PM) or Email: tmaiye@gmail.com and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00am-4.00pm, Monday-Friday at the address given below.
PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS.
A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ninety Thousand Naira (NGN 90,000.00) only for the package. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of KOGI STATE IMPACT PROJECT COMMITMENT ACCOUNT. A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.
BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30TH JUNE, 2025 by 10.00am. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below by 10.00am on Monday 30TH JUNE, 2025.
