ITB Document can be accessed from the office to fill and be submitted, No 4 Behind Al-Musaffa Water Lagos Street Maiduguri, Borno State, between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, or by sending an email to procurement@labinigeria.org.ng requesting an ITB package. Responses must be sealed and returned to the office. All bids must be plainly marked with bid number and on the outside of the envelope.
