TENDER NOTICE
KOGI STATE
LOKOJA LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE UNDERLISTED PROJECTS.
PREAMBLE:
Lokoja Local Government Council, Kogi State in compliance with the provisions of the Kogi State Public Procurement Law 2020, invites interested and reputable contractors with current relevant papers to tender for the following projects:
Lot 1: Rehabilitation/Opening of Rural Feeder Roads, Bridges and Erosion Control.
Lot 2: Supply of Agrochemicals/Farm Inputs and Fertilizers.
Lot 3: Renovation of Clinics.
Lot 4: Purchase of Official Vehicles for Chairman and Other Principal Officers.
Lot 5: Sinking of Motorized Boreholes/Hand Pumps.
Lot 6: Renovation of Local Government Schools.
Lot 7: Renovation of Local Government Buildings/Quarters/Offices.
Lot 8: Supply of Drugs and Medical Equipments.
Lot 9: Rehabilitation/Renovation of Local Government Secretariat Complex.
Lot 10: Supply of Educational Materials.
Lot 11: Hosting of Medical Outreach.
BID REQUIREMENTS:
1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (photocopy).
2. Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three years: (2022, 2023 and 2024) valid till 31st December, 2025.
3. Company profile indicating personnel, equipment and professionals.
4. Bank reference letter with evidence of financial capacity.
5. VAT registration certificate and evidence of remittance.
6. Evidence of previous similar jobs executed.
7. Evidence of registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
8. Evidence of registration with the Local Government.
BID DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION:
Completed bid documents should be submitted not later than two (2) weeks, 12 noon from the date of this publication along with evidence of payment of prescribed tender processing fees in a sealed envelope marked “Bid Document” on the right corner of the envelope and addressed to the Secretary Tender Board, Lokoja Local Government, Lokoja.
NOTE:
This publication/invitation should not be considered as a commitment on the part of the Local Government Tender Board Committee to enter into any form of contract with any company nor shall it entitle any company to make claims from the tender board.
