REOI FLEMING FUND ENERGY REPAIRS, DE-INSTALLATIONS AND RE-INSTALLATION
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
MSH is implementing the Fleming Fund Phase II Country Grant (FFCG II) to respond to the threat of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in Nigeria with funding from the UK’s Government Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) from March 26, 2024 to December 31, 2025. The project primarily supports the Government of Nigeria using a coordinated ‘One Health’ approach across the human-animal-environment interface, in collaboration with the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC), Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS), Federal Ministry of Environment, and Fleming Fund Regional Grantees, Strategic Alignment Grantees and Fellowships. The Projects is focused on four key areas; 1) Production of quality AMR/U/C and burden data; 2) quality analysis of data; 3) sharing analysis of data with decision makers and 4) promoting sustainable investment to counter AMR, which are aligned to the MSH Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) and the Nigeria National Action Plan for AMR.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
In accordance with the mandate of the project, the MSH Fleming Fund Phase II team will require the services of reputable and qualified companies to carry out electrical works at seventeen (17) sites/facilities across Nigeria and categorized in three (3) lots. These are:

The works and installation required includes:
i. DE-INSTALLATIONS:
Uninstallation of failed/damaged existing electrical systems, equipment, gadgets, wirings, switches, terminations, piping to make for new installation
ii. ELECTRICAL WORK: INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SOLUTION
• Maintenance activity on existing but faulty electrical fixtures: equipment, equipment parts, circuit lines, switches, sockets, breakers, changeovers etc.
• Supply and installation of lithium-ion inverter batteries
• Supply and installation of DC RCB breaker complete with casing
• Maintenance of existing grounding potential complete with station terminal for lightening arrestor and lab equipment calibration, testing, certification and commissioning of assembled back up system.
iii. ELECTRICAL WORK: BI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE BOND
Allow for twice a year maintenance activity on electrical systems to ensure clean power supply to the lab. This includes replacement of faulty equipment, faulty parts of running equipment, calibrations and recertification of electrical gadgets. To takeoff after one years of installation warranty has elapsed.
iv. GENERAL ESSENTIAL:
Lab personnel training and induction. Showing the lab personnel how to switch it on and off, for emergency shutdowns, what equipment are and how to use them, when to seek for external support from the installer or facility maintenance team and care of the Manuals of the equipment etc.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• A profile of your organization detailing:
• Description of the organization, date of establishment, number of employees, organogram, etc.
• Company registration documentation, including CAC incorporation certificates/business licenses i.e. forms CAC1, CAC2 and CAC7.
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 and 2023).
• Contact information, including physical office address, telephone numbers, contact person, email address, company website, social media handles, etc.
• A cover letter listing their relevant institutional clients and experience in terms of similar assignments jobs executed/under execution in the last five (5) years.
• A list of all services offered.
• Valid Tax registration and tax clearance certificate 2021-2023
4. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note that the firm deadline for submission of all indicated documents is Monday 21st October 2024 at 05:00am (Nigerian Time), late submission will not be accepted.
