All delivery will be done to the states medical Stores at the state capitals without any cost to MSH GF Project

All Qualified vendors interested in submitting a quote should send an email attaching the company’s statutory documents as followed:
1. CAC Certificate, CAC Form 2 and 7
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for 2022, 2023 and 2024
3. Audited Financial Report 2024
4. Proof of previous Jobs done (Purchase Order/Contract) to the tune of NGN50,000,000.00
5. Company Profile
All the documents shall be sent to ng-gfmbids@msh.org no later than 5:00 pm, on 13th February, 2026. All detailed specifications will be communicated on a separate Request for Quotations (RFQ) that will be issued to ALL qualified companies that have expressed their interest and passed MSH mandatory criteria set in the EOI advertised. VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE WAREHOUSES IN ABUJA AND SHALL STORE AFTER PRODUCTION, INSPECTED AND CERTIFIED BY MSH TEAM IN ABUJA BEFORE DELIVERING TO THE VARIOUS STATES MEDICAL STORES. ONLY ESTABLISHED AND CONFIRMED CORE PRINTING COMPANIES SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB. PLEASE COMPANIES WHO ARE NOT CORE PRINTERS SHOULD NOT RESPOND TO THIS REOI.

This REOI is non-binding and in no way obligates MSH to award any contract. MSH reserves the right to make an award afterwards in whole or in part, or not to make an award, in accordance with the best interests of MSH. Firm commitment to purchase is not established until a Purchase Order/Contract is issued by MSH.
If any potential vendor responding to this REOI is found to have offered anything of value to any member of MSH staff, they will be disqualified from participating in this process and any future procurement with MSH. MSH staff are instructed not to request or accept anything of value from vendors.
