EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF AGRICULTURAL PLANTATIONS AND FARM ESTATES
The MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, ABIA STATE, is committed to promoting sustainable agricultural development and optimizing the economic potential of the state’s agricultural resources. In furtherance of its mandate, the Ministry invites reputable and qualified companies, investors and managers to express interest in the management and operation of key agricultural estates and plantations across the state.
This initiative aims to enhance productivity, stimulate economic growth, create employment opportunities for local communities, and ensure the long-term sustainability of these vital agricultural assets.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested companies/investors/managers must meet the following requirements:
1. Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Tax clearance certificates for the past three (3) years.
3. Proof of similar projects successfully executed.
4. Company profile, including key personnel and available equipment.
5. Bank reference or proof of financial capacity.
6. Any other document/information that may be considered relevant.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
1. Interested parties must obtain the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦50,000.00 to the designated government IGR account:

2. Payment receipts must be presented to collect the EOI documents from the office of:

3. Completed EOI submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the project name and location, and delivered to:

4. Submission Deadline: 22nd July 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This EOI does not constitute a commitment to award a contract. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any submission without providing reasons.
