INVITATION FOR BID
Yobe State Government in her drive and determination to provide timely and adequate supply of critical
agricultural inputs to farmers across the state, the state Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources has
created an enabling environment for eligible interested bidders to submit their tender for:-
Lot I – Supply of 4,500 MT of NPK 20-10-10 Fertilizers
Lot II – Power Tillers
Lot III – Threshers
Lot IV – Planters
Lot V – Solar Powered Water Pumps
1. The Ministry hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the execution of the above described works.
2. Interested Bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility criteria:
• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
3. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director, Planning Research & Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Agriculture & Natural Resources, Damaturu.
4. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00).
5. Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry of Agriculture & Natural Resources, Damaturu on or before 11th
July, 2025.
6. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at Yobe State Ministry of Agriculture & Natural Resources, Damaturu by 12:00 noon on 11th July, 2025.
