1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of 3 Nos Bulldozers, 3 Nos Wheel Loader and 3 Nos Motor Graders.
2. The Kogi State Project Management Unit of Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:
3. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the letter of bid.
4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 – fifth edition (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Kogi State Project Management Unit, inspect the bidding document during office hours 9.00 am to 4.00 pm at the address given below excluding public
holidays.
Qualifications requirements include:
Audited financial statements for the last five years (2020 – 2024) to demonstrate the financial capability of the bidder in terms of profitability and adequate working capital. Have successfully completed at least two
(2) similar contracts within the last five (5) years (2020 – 2024) prior bid submission deadline, each with value of at least: Lot 1: NGN4.6 billion, Lot 2: NGN700 million, and Lot 3: 600 million. Bidders shall provide documentary evidence of after-sales service availability in Nigeria for the brand offered.

The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Seventy Thousand Naira. The method of payment will be Bank draft in favour of Kogi State ACR eSAL Project, or pay directly into Kogi State ACR eSAL, UBA Account No: 1024717893 and bring evidence of payment to the address below. The document will be sent to the bidder by email or courier on request at the cost of the bidder.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.30 am, Tuesday 23rd September, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 at 10.30 am prompt.
8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated in the table above.
9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
