INVITATION FOR BID
The Ministry of Transport and Energy, in line with the State Public Procurement Act (2016), hereby wishes to invite reputable interested companies/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:
Procurement and Installation of 1.002 MVA Off-Grid Solar Power System to the following locations:-
- Government House, Damaturu
- Governor’s Office, Damaturu
- Presidential Lodge, Damaturu
- Sani Abacha Specialist Hospital, Damaturu
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
- Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024);
- Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2022, 2023 & 2024);
- Company’s profile;
- Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed;
- Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement;
- Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Energy.
- Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Ministry of Transport and Energy, clearly marked ‘Tender document’ and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on 11th February, 2025.
- A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N250,000.00).
- Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the Conference Hall of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Ministry of Transport and Energy by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025.
