INVITATION TO TENDER
1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitable qualified companies to carry out the project below
I. Upgrade/Modification of 3km perimeter Fence at the NYSC Orientation Camp Issele-Uku, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.
2. Tenders application form and documents are to be collected from the Department of Planning Research and Statistics, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Youth Development, Mariam Babangida Way, Asaba.
3. Tenders must be accompanied with the following;
i. Evidence of registration as a contractor with the Delta State Contractors Registration Board.
ii. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
iii. Evidence of Memorandum Article of Association.
iv. Evidence of Tax Clearance for Three Years.
v. Evidence of Valid DSIR Card/Utility Bills.
vi. Evidence of Financial Capability/ Bank Statement.
vii. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N150,000.00 for the project to the Delta State Government internally Generated Revenue (IGR) account.
viii. Evidence of professional/Technical Capability and License to practice.
ix. Evidence of similar previous job executed.
x. State your completion period.
4. Your tender which should be marked for the personal attention of the Permanent Secretary should indicate on the left side of the envelop “Tenders for” not later than 14 days duration from 26th September, 2025
5. Tenders should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
6. Late bids after 14 days duration from 9th October, 2025 will be rejected.
7. All tenders should be in six copies each with completed BOQ in a wax envelop and addressed to the Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Youth Development Asaba not later than 2pm on 9th October, 2025.
