INVITATION TO TENDER
This is to inform the general public that, the local Government council wishes to offer the contract for:
The projects
- Construction of Modern Abattoir at Damasak town
- Block wall fencing (226×2.4m) and installation of security wire to new MCH Damasak
The following are the requirements/documents to be submitted by prospective tenders, which should be arranged in this order;
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence with PPA (Former Tender Board)
- Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
- Evidence with compliance with PENCOM.
- VAT registration and Evidence remittance.
All the above should be in the profile of the company and any other information that may technically qualify your company for the work.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS.
Bid documents can be collected at the office of the Local Government Secretariat, Mobbar Local Government Secretary, Mobbar Local Government Secretariat *Address* Rtd. Brigadier Abba Kyari Secretariat Damasak on presentation of payment receipt of non-refundable payment fees of N10,000 only from 10:00 am daily.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS.
All tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope in Mobbar Town.
All eligible contractors/companies should forward their pre-qualification documents within two (2) weeks from the date of this publication to the office of the Chairman Local Government Council Tender Board committee, Mobbar Local Government Secretariat Borno State.
N.B: Only successful contractor will be contacted after opening of the Tender
