1. In line with the vision and promise of His Excellency, Hon. Umaru Mohammed Bago. The Executive Governor of Niger State on Urban renewal, City modernization and provision of quality shelter to the good people of Niger State, the new administration has approved the redevelopment and completion of the 3-Arm Zone Project located along the Eastern Bye-pass, Minna.
2. The project was initiated about a decade ago to provide residential and office complexes for the judiciary executive and legislative staff of the governments. Unfortunately. The project has since ben been abandoned.
3. The completion of the project is essential for the Niger State Government in order to rescue the huge investment of the public and it will provide modern, comfortable and secure ecosystem for the 3-arms of the government, thereby improving their efficiency and effectiveness.
4. The project is envisaged to be achieved through two approaches State Government and the private sector driven parts. The idea is for Government to provide focus on completing the existing houses construction of the institutional complexes and quality infrastructure thereby enabling a conducive environment for willing developers and individuals to invest in the provision of further housing schools, commercial and office complexes.
5. Accordingly, as part of the government’s commitment, the Ministry of Land and Housing, Niger State Government in line with the requirement of the Niger State Public Procurement Board is inviting interested contractors to submits pre-qualification documents for the execution of the following lots in the 3-Arm Zone in Niger State.

6. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information from Niger State Ministry of Land and Housing and inspect the pre-qualification documents during office hours 9:00am to 5:00pm hours at the address given below.
7. Applicants must satisfy major requirements in addition to those contained in the Standard bidding documents as below:
• Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
• Registration with Niger State Public procurement Board
• Evidence of VAT registrations
• Last 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of current PENCOM, ITF, NSITF compliance Certificate, Audited Accounts for the last 3 years.
8. A complete set of pre-qualification document in English Language may be purchased by the interested contractors upon submissions of written application to the address below and payment of non-refundable fees of Fifty Thousand Naira (50,000.00) only in favor of Niger State Ministry of Land and Housing.
9. Note: Evidence of payment must be provided and confirmed before issuance of pre-qualification document.
10. Application in a well-sealed package in an articulated format for ease of reference in three (3) copies with soft copy in a flash drive must be delivered to the address bellows on or before 3pm, Mondays, July 3rd 2023.
