ADDENDUM
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) wishes to draw the attention of the General Public to its earlier advertisement published on the Federal Tenders Journal, Thisday, Daily Trust and Punch newspapers of Monday June 12, 2023 in respect of ‘Invitation to tender for goods and works’ that the tender document submission deadline for Lots C, D, E & F has now been extended to 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 (see table below)

Consequently, the opening of the technical bids will follow immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, in the Commission’s Hearing Room Wing B, 4th floor, plot no 1387, Cadastral zone, A00, Central Business District, Abuja. All other information remains the same as earlier advertised.
