INVITATION TO TENDER
Nigerian Institution of Surveyors, Enugu State Branch intends to build a Plaza Complex at 11B Colliery Avenue, opposite Surveyors House, Enugu North LGA, Enugu State.
Interested reputable contractors are hereby invited to prequalification and tender invited to prequalification and tender for the construction.
PREQUALIFICATION AND TENDER REQUIREMENTS:
Tenders shall be accompanied by the following:
1. Evidence of Registration with CAC including forms CAC2 and CAC7
2. Evidence of Registration with MOW & 1, Enugu State in Category C and D
3. Current 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. Company’s Current Audited Financial Reports for last 3 years from a Chartered Accounting Firm
5. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance
6. Summary of Company’s Current Account Statements from bank for the last 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020)
7. Authority to Verify information of the Company’s Financial status.
8. Bank Reference from a reputable bank.
9. Company’s Corporate Profile
10. List of at least 5 key personnel
11. Name, Curriculum Vitae, Academic Certificates of at least 5 No Principal Officers (3 Civil Engineers with COREN, Architect, Quantity Surveyor & CORBON)
12. Evidence of verifiable 5No. similar Jobs Experience (Completion Certificates=3)
13. List of Plants and equipment, attached evidence of ownership.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Complete set of Bidding Documents shall be collected by interested qualified Companies from the NIS Office, 25/27 Colliery Avenue, G.R.A. Enugu, on submission of non-refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) only in certified Bank Draft payable in NIS Enugu State Branch between the hours 9.00 am to 3.00 pm from Wednesday, 22nd September to Thursday, 3001 September 2021.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Completed tender should be enveloped and marked “BID” for Construction of NIS PLAZA-on top left corner, and addressed to the NIS Chairman, Enugu State Branch on or before 12.00 noon on 30th September 2021.
The name of the Contractor should be clearly written in Capital Letters at the back of the Envelope. All submissions must be sealed and late bids will be rejected.
